How does Paiv billing work?

Paiv offers both monthly and annual billing options across all plans. You can add or remove user seats at any time. Usage-based items, such as additional estimates, are billed automatically based on actual usage.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my Paiv plan?

Yes. You can upgrade your Paiv plan at any time, and changes take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades are applied in accordance with your current billing term and agreement.

What happens if I exceed my included estimates?

If you exceed the number of estimates included in your plan, additional estimates are billed automatically at a per-estimate rate based on roof size.

How much does Paiv cost per estimate?

Paiv uses per-estimate pricing based on roof size.
Small roof: $99
Medium roof: $125
Large roof: $150
You can lock in discounted pricing by talking to sales.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

Paiv offers month-to-month plans with no long-term commitment. You can also choose an annual agreement to lock in discounted pricing.
