Paiv respects your right to control your personal data. You may request the deletion of your Paiv account and associated personal information at any time.
How to request account deletion
To request the removal of your Paiv account, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Paiv account via the web or mobile application.
- Open the Intercom support chat by clicking the chat icon available within the app or website.
- Select “Send us a message.”
- Clearly state that you are requesting account deletion.
- Our support team may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.
Processing time
Once your request has been submitted and verified, your account deletion request will be processed within up to 3 business days.
What happens after deletion
- Your account will be permanently deactivated.
- Personal data associated with your account will be deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required by applicable law or legitimate business obligations (such as billing or legal compliance).
- After deletion, your account cannot be restored.
